Erin Leigh Peck to Fill in for Nancy Opel in The Toxic Avenger

Erin Leigh Peck will fill in for Nancy Opel in the role of Mayor Babs Belgoody (and other characters) in the off-Broadway musical The Toxic Avenger. Peck will appear in the show while Opel is on vacation from October 26 through November 8.
Peck's New York stage credits include Broadway's Brighton Beach Memoirs, Grease! and Dance of the Vampires and off-Broadway's I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change.
Based on the 1985 classic cult film from Lloyd Kaufman, The Toxic Avenger features music and lyrics by David Bryan, book and lyrics by Joe DiPietro and direction by John Rando. (Bryan and DiPietro also collaborated on Memphis now playing at the Shubert Theatre on Broadway.)
